Job summary

Endeavor Health in Lake County, IL is seeking a Phlebotomist Lead to oversee daily operations at multiple patient service centers. You will supervise phlebotomy teams, ensure specimen collection quality, and partner with site managers to maintain smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of phlebotomy experience, completed phlebotomy training, and CPR-BLS certification. Strong Outlook and Excel skills, leadership ability, and a detail-oriented approach are essential as you train staff

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$21.10 - $30.60 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Phlebotomist Lead
• Location: Patient Service Centers, Lake County, IL Locations
• Status: Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, e/o weekend and rotating holidays
• Required Travel: Yes

What you will do:

• Assist supervisor
• Assist with sites inspections
• Assist with training new employees
• Assist supervisor with scheduling
• Assist staff with problem solving and issues

What you will need:

• Education: Completed Phlebotomy Program
• Certification: CPR-BLS from the AHA required
• Experience: 5 years of Phlebotomy experience
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Detailed orientated, knowledge in Outlook, and Excel
