Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist Lead for our Patient Service Centers in Lake County, IL. This full-time role requires 5 years of phlebotomy experience, a completed phlebotomy program, and CPR-BLS certification.

You will support the supervisor, assist with site inspections, train new staff, and help schedule workloads. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with potential for growth, incentive plans, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completed and CPR-BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
• Detail orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in daily operations.

Hourly Pay Range

$21.10 - $30.60 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, e/o weekend and rotating holidays

What you will need

• Education: Completed Phlebotomy Program
• Certification: CPR-BLS from the AHA required

• Unique or Preferred Skills: Detailed orientated, knowledge in Outlook, and Excel
