Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist Lead to supervise phlebotomy operations across Lake County locations. The role focuses on supporting the supervisor, inspecting sites, and training new staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of phlebotomy experience, a completed phlebotomy program, CPR-BLS certification, and strong skills in Outlook and Excel. On-site schedule includes weekdays with rotating holidays, and benefits are offered.

Hourly Pay Range:

$21.10 - $30.60 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Phlebotomist Lead
• Location: Patient Service Centers, Lake County, IL Locations
• Status: Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, e/o weekend and rotating holidays
• Required Travel: Yes
