Job summary

Labcorp in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collect specimens for drug screens and tests, and enter patient data accurately.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience. Schedule is as needed, with hours 6:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri and rotating Saturdays, and travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
