Job summary

Labcorp in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections across age groups, collect specimens for various tests, and ensure accurate data entry and patient service.

The role includes travel to additional sites as needed, a Monday–Friday 6:45am–3:15pm schedule with rotating Saturdays, and a focus on customer service. Requires HS diploma and phlebotomy training or experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
