Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III - Floater in Mobile, AL. This contract role spans multiple sites with onsite flexibility and shifts Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

The PSR III interacts directly with patients, collects blood samples, and ensures accurate labeling and documentation. Responsibilities include processing specimens, maintaining records, and upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred, required in CA, NV and WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Conduct forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and initials post-venipuncture to confirm labels.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
