Talentify is partnering with healthcare facilities in Henrico, VA to hire a Phlebotomist - Floater for a 3-month contract. Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; medical training preferred where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• California, Nevada, and Washington require phlebotomy certification.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients in a safe, accurate manner.
• Explain procedures and create a trusting environment for patients.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with policies.
