Job summary

Talentify in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks a Phlebotomist III - Floater to draw blood and prepare specimens for lab testing. The role is onsite with flexibility, covering multiple Patient Service Center sites and office locations as needed.

This contract position includes weekend, holiday, on-call, and overtime hours and requires travel between locations. The ideal candidate has three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, with HS diploma and phlebotomy

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; medical training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; Required in California, Nevada, and Washington

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Remain flexible for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
• Follow all Policies & Procedures including dress code, health & safety policies.
• Make decisions based on established procedures with good judgment.
• Travel to multiple locations and cover at Patient Service Center locations.
• Demonstrate superior customer focus and clear communication with patients and staff.
