Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills; excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric and geriatric techniques.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing per procedures.
• Verify patient information and obtain acknowledgments to ensure specimen accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and safeguard patient confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and positive patient experience.
• Support multiple locations and travel as needed; overtime and weekends possible.
