Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III Floater in Minnesota. The role involves front-line patient interaction, specimen collection, and support for diagnostic testing across multiple locations.

It is a contingent position with a potential pathway for hire, with a 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM schedule and pay rate $24.95 - $26.75 per hour based on experience. Key duties include venipuncture, specimen processing, patient verification, and documentation, along with travel to various Patient Service

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).
  • Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Strong customer service and patient communication skills.
  • Keyboard and data entry experience.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections per procedures.
  • Process and prepare specimens for lab testing with quality/accuracy.
  • Verify patient identity, label specimens, and complete documentation.
  • Travel to and support multiple Patient Service Center and in-office locations as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and explain procedures to patients.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Rate: $24.95 - $26.75 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

What You'll Do
  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections following established procedures
  • Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
  • Verify patient identity, accurately label specimens, and complete required documentation
  • Travel to and support multiple Patient Service Center and in-office locations as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable throughout the collection process
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
  • Perform daily responsibilities independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Strong customer service and patient communication skills
  • Keyboard and data entry experience
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Testrequired;COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
  • Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
