Location: Florence, KY
Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM; rotating weekends 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

What You'll Do
  • Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
  • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
  • Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing as required
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive and professional patient experience
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Work independently in a high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Pediatric phlebotomy experience required
  • Strong customer service and patient interaction skills
  • Keyboard and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to other locations as needed
  • Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and varying schedules based on business needs
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
  • Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
