Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Jefferson City, MO, is hiring a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday shift, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with rotational weekends. Pay is $20.00+ per hour. The role includes specimen collection, data entry, and processing tasks in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications include 3 years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry, and flexibility for overtime and weekends. Benefits and annual bonus potential are offered; bilingual skills are not required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions according to established training.
• Research test/client information and verify all orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, following policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
