Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Dulles, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational weekends. Compensation includes pay range $23.20–$24.90 per hour, plus potential annual bonus.

The role requires 3 years of phlebotomy experience, data entry skills, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include specimen collection, lab system navigation, order verification, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures and handle various sample types.
• Navigate lab systems, verify orders, and enter data accurately.
• Prepare and process specimens for transport, including labeling and centrifuging.
• Perform non-patient duties such as inventory, sanitation, and filing.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training courses timely.
