Quest Diagnostics Employer Solutions in O Fallon, MO is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role collects specimens and performs tasks per established procedures.

Candidates should have at least three years phlebotomy experience, data entry skills, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. High school diploma required; phlebotomy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures and prepare for transport.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders and enter data using lab systems and approved tools.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with statistics and data submissions.
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory and sanitizing.
