Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Paramus, NJ. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekend duties. Competitive hourly pay range of $24.50 to $26.25, plus eligibility for annual bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, order verification, data entry, and processing specimens. Requires 3 years phlebotomy experience and a HS diploma; travel and driving may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and regulatory records.
• Complete training courses timely.
