Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and support diagnostic testing. Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–2:30 PM with rotational weekend shifts.

The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry, and reliable transportation. Certification preferred; HS diploma required. Compensation includes pay range shown and eligibility for annual incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders by using lab systems and client communications.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Obtain ID and enter billing information; collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and transport prep.
