Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Neptune, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team on a Monday to Friday schedule, with rotating Saturdays. This role processes specimens, performs data entry, and supports diagnostic workflows in a fast-paced lab setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, phlebotomy experience, and familiarity with lab information systems. Compensation includes pay range $24.50–$26.25 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data for orders and billing.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and transport preparation.
