Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Eagan, MN, to provide patient-centered specimen collection and high-quality diagnostic support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will draw venipuncture, capillary, pediatric and geriatric specimens, document accurately, and travel between locations as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Strong phlebotomy skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections.
• Verify patient identification and accurate labeling.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing with integrity.
• Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area.
