Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II Territory in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves traveling within the territory to collect specimens at PSCs, IOs, and client sites, performing venipuncture and capillary draws, and ensuring accurate patient identification and labeling.

You will operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role emphasizes delivering excellent patient service, proper data entry, and compliance with testing protocols.

Formación

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Perform specimen collections following procedures for multiple tests, including venipuncture and capillary draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification, sign the orders, and perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, storage).
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
