Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist III for Fort Smith, AR, Territory Float, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role involves travel to PSCs and client offices to collect specimens and ensure accurate patient identification.

The candidate must have three years of phlebotomy experience and a state-certified phlebotomy credential, plus fluency in English. Travel up to 75% and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with a focus on accuracy and minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and confirm specimen labeling.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing and assist with data entry.
• Travel within the assigned territory to PSCs, IOPs, or other sites as needed.
