Job summary

Millennium Health seeks a Female Specimen Collector Phlebotomist in Heltonville, Indiana. This full-time role includes collecting blood, urine and saliva, processing specimens, and acting as the bridge between clinics and the lab.

A certified phlebotomist with 1+ year in the field is required, plus 6+ months collecting specimens and 2+ years of customer service. The position requires a valid drivers license, comfort with smartphones/computers, and potential travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• Certified phlebotomist with 1+ year field experience.
• 6+ months experience as a specimen collector or 1+ year medical field experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Must navigate smartphone and computer.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient blood, urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as liaison between practice/clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and order details.
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient data.
• Observe collection and maintain supplies onsite.
