Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Dickson, TN. This onsite contract role requires traveling to multiple Patient Service Centers and in-office locations with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Expect blood collection, labeling, and processing with a focus on accuracy and patient comfort.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Pay rate is $19.93–$21.36 hourly; 4-month assignment with onsite work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV and WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily phlebotomy tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture, specimen labeling and processing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and initials post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally to patients and staff.
