TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Gallatin, TN for a 4-month assignment. Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, travel may be required to cover multiple locations. Primary duties include drawing blood, preparing samples for lab tests, and maintaining patient records.

Candidates should have extensive phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric blood draws, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and patient communication. High school diploma required; phlebotomy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV and WA.
• Medical training preferred (MA or paramedic).

Responsabilités

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics post-venipuncture and ensure tubes are labeled correctly.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Provide a safe, professional environment and explain procedures to patients.
