Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for our Statesville, NC location to collect high-quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing. You will interact directly with patients, explain procedures clearly, and maintain a professional, confidential environment.

The role requires a strong background in phlebotomy, customer service, and accurate data entry, with certification and experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure a safe, accurate collection.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
