Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Richmond, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist II to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role collects specimens, administers oral solutions, and ensures accurate data entry within lab systems. Strong phlebotomy experience and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Accurately enter data and navigate computer systems.
• Enter billing information and collect payments as required.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, sanitizing, filing, phones, and email.
• Adhere to departmental policies and maintain logs.
