Job summary
Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Melissa, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team on Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekend shifts. You will collect specimens, prepare them for testing, and enter data into our lab systems.

Qualifications
- Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Keyboard and data entry experience.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
- Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
- Label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze and prepare specimens for transport as required by test order.
- Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory, stocking, sanitizing and filing.
- Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with statistics and data submission.
