Qualifications

• Must provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Adherence to company policies, dress code, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to make decisions based on established procedures with good judgment.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in high-volume settings.
• Strong customer focus & communication with patients, peers and supervisors.
• Experience in Patient Service Center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and perform venipuncture skillfully.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling for tubes post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Operate in safe, professional environment and support leadership behaviors.
• Perform both clinical and processing duties per procedures as needed.
• Adapt to doctor’s office or service-center assignments as required.
