• Identify patients and label specimens accurately per safety and lab protocols.
• Register, accession, and process specimens using the Laboratory Information System.
• Demonstrate knowledge of needles, anticoagulants, specimen handling, and test prep requirements.
• Greet patients professionally, answer inquiries, assist with specimen processing, and support stocking.
