This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume setting across various locations. Educational requirements include a high school diploma with phlebotomy experience; certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience across pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environments.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a professional patient experience.
• Travel to multiple Patient Service Center and in-office phlebotomy locations as needed.
• Follow safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
• Work independently with multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
