Qualifications

• Resume required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Obtain patient signatures and ensure specimens are properly labeled in the patient’s presence.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Create a welcoming and professional environment that promotes patient trust and confidence.
• Support operations at patient service centers, physician offices, and other locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
