Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and process blood specimens for laboratory testing across all age groups.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, processing, and transportation.
• Assist in patient care during adverse reactions in inpatient settings as needed.
• Explain procedures to patients and address concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle sharps and biohazardous materials following regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Operate computer systems and ensure HIPAA compliance during data entry and test administration.
