Qualifications

• Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills across pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures including dress code, health & safety.
• Decision-making based on established procedures with good judgment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license if applicable.
• Travel to multiple locations and cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with short notice.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Strong customer focus with open communication with peers, supervisors and patients.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling during venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
