Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for our Reston, VA location to professionally collect blood samples and prepare specimens for testing. You will interact directly with patients, explain procedures, and uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification preferred, and 3 years of phlebotomy experience, with customer service experience in a service setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients in Reston, VA, delivering a professional and caring experience.

• Maintain records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Support area supervisor with daily activities and uphold a professional environment.
