• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience; includes pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure a safe, accurate venipuncture.
• Verify patient demographics post-venipuncture to confirm labeling accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation; work under supervision.
• Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting with confidentiality.
