Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Fitchburg, MA, is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support patient testing services. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends.

Pay ranges from $24.50 to $26.25 per hour, with potential annual bonus eligibility based on performance and company factors. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, data entry skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualificações

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders and enter data using lab systems and client communications.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and transport preparation.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, phones and email.
• Read, understand and comply with policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics and data submission.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature records.
• Complete training courses timely.
