Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our clinical laboratory team. The role involves precise venipuncture and specimen collection for inpatients and outpatients across all age groups, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm.

You will operate our HIS and LIS systems, prepare specimens, and assist in processing blood and body fluids. The position also supports training of staff and students, with emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR-BLS certification is required.
• Phlebotomy experience of at least 1 year is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for inpatients and outpatients of all ages.
• Collect body fluids or other samples as needed (nasal/throat swabs, breath samples).
• Operate HIS and LIS systems to support lab service areas and clientele.
