Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Auburn, MA, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with rotational weekends. The pay range is $24.50 - $26.25 per hour, with eligibility for annual bonus depending on performance.

Responsibilities include collecting specimens, documenting orders, data entry, and handling routine phlebotomy duties. Requires three years of phlebotomy experience and valid license where applicable; certification preferred in some states.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stock, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with protocols.
• Complete online and in-person training timely.
