Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 3-month contract in Teaneck, NJ. The role is onsite with flexibility and requires travel to multiple Patient Service Centers as needed. Pay rate is $19.85–$21.80 per hour, with a schedule including weekdays and alternating Saturdays.

Responsibilities include performing venipuncture, preparing specimens, verifying patient data, and maintaining documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independently work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Comply with all Company policies including dress code and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Strong customer focus with open communication and adaptability.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, and processing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and initials post-venipuncture for correct labeling.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Contribute to a positive image of the company to patients and staff.
