Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the first shift in Freehold, NJ. This onsite contract role supports patient services by collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.

The position requires three years phlebotomy experience, ability to work independently, flexible schedule including weekends, and travel to multiple locations. The role offers 4 months contract, day shift, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform blood collection and processing per established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and promote a positive image to patients and staff.
