Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for first shift in Edison, NJ. The role is contract-based for 3 months, onsite with a standard Mon-Fri schedule plus Saturday half-day. The pay rate is $24.51–$26.27 per hour, USD, with overtime expected.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have strong phlebotomy skills and customer service orientation. Responsibilities include blood collection, specimen processing, and accurate labeling.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience preferred, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Medical training or phlebotomy certification is advantageous.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collection and specimen processing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide a safe, professional environment and excellent patient service.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to ensure quality results.
