Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for 1st shift in Toms River, NJ. This contract role runs 4 months with a pay rate of $24.51–$26.27 per hour (USD) and onsite requirement.

Typical schedule is Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, with potential travel to multiple Patient Service Centers. The role requires high school diploma, phlebotomy training/certification (preferred in CA/NV/WA), and at least 3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Competenze

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and labeling post-venipuncture to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
