Quest Diagnostics in Meridian, ID is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens, perform biometric screenings, and verify orders in a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational weekends.

Ideal candidates have three years of phlebotomy experience, data-entry skills, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Pay starts at $19.65 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and process billing information when required.
• Prepare specimens for transport and handling.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, email.
• Read and comply with policies.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and statistics.
• Complete training courses timely.
