Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM). The role offers a pay range starting at $21.50 per hour and includes eligibility for annual bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric and insurance exams).
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and transport prep.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature logs in a timely manner.
• Assist with non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking supplies, answering phones and email as appropriate.
• Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
