Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Goshen, IN is seeking a Phlebotomist II to work Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Fridays off. The role requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience and strong data entry skills.

English communication is essential. We offer pay at $20.00 per hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and education

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required following policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones and emails.
• Read and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Support statistics and data submissions when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training records.
