Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team. This role is Monday to Friday, hours vary from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM with rotational weekends, and requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience.

You will collect specimens, perform data entry, and ensure accurate orders and patient identification while following our policies. We offer competitive pay starting at $21.70 per hour plus performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is needed.
• Must be flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders via lab systems and client contact; enter data accurately.
• Navigate computer systems and maintain billing information as required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training courses timely.
