Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Williston, VT, is seeking a Phlebotomist II on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves collecting specimens, processing tests, and verifying orders with strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric exams.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify test orders using lab systems and client contacts.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and process billing information as required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones and emails.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures and maintain logs.
• Assist with statistics/data submission as needed.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training completion records.
