Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Hoboken, NJ, is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and perform phlebotomy duties in a patient-care setting. The role operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional rotational Saturdays.

The position requires a minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to navigate lab information systems. Applicants should be flexible with scheduling and have a valid driver’s license if needed.

Qualificações

• Three years phlebotomy experience, incl. pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard / data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab technology systems and client communication.
• Navigate computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email).
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with compiling statistics and data.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance, temperature) timely.
• Complete online and in-person training timely.
