Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Arlington, TX. Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. Pay starts at $20.80+ per hour and includes potential annual bonus based on performance. Benefits vary by part-time/full-time status.

The role requires three years Phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders in lab systems and enter data accurately.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones and email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete required trainings.
