Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Magnolia, TX. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends on a rotating basis. The position pays from $20.80 per hour and may include a performance bonus based on annual results.

The job requires a minimum of three years’ phlebotomy experience and strong data-entry skills. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans, with additional perks depending on full‑time status.

Qualifications

Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Collect specimens according to established procedures.
Administer oral solutions according to training.
Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
Enter billing information and collect payments when required following policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport preparation.
Perform non‑patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitation, filing, phones, email.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
Assist with data/statistics submission and maintain logs.
Complete training courses timely.
