Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) for a client in New Jersey. The role centers on greeting patients, drawing blood samples, and preparing specimens for lab testing in a safe, accurate manner.

You will follow established procedures, maintain required records, and protect patient confidentiality while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
